Mynyddygarreg faced strong outfit Cardigan RFC in the Swalec Bowl on Saturday and put up a spirited effort in going down by a scoreline of 43-10. It was Mynydd who began the match the stronger with centre and captain Owain Phillips making a scything break through the visitors defence.
